腹腔镜胃癌手术前后腹腔冲洗液survivin的检测
Detection of survivin in peritoneal lavage fluid before and after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on free cancer cells in peritoneal lavage fluid. Methods;Survivin was detected in peritoneal lavage fluid from 50 patients with gastric cancer before and after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy using flow cytometry (FCM). The HE staining and peritoneal lavage cytology (PLC) were performed by thinprep cylologic test. Results;There were no significant differences in the positive rates of survivin before and after surgery (58.0% and 66.0%, respectively ). The preoperative and postoperative PLC positive rales were 22.0% (11/50) and 28. 0% (14/50). The results of FCM were positive in palients with positive preoperative and postoperative PLC. Conclusions; Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy does not increase the amount of inlraperitoneal free cancer cells. However,this conclusion needs to be confirmed by more studies.关键词
