甲状腺三维重建在腔镜甲状腺切除术中的应用
Application of thyroid three-dimensional reconstruction for endoscopic thyroidectomy

Abstract
Objective .-The aim of this study was to explore clinical application of thyroid three-dimensional reconstruction for endoscopic ihyroideclomy. Methods:From 1st Aug. 2011 to 31st Dec. 2011,48 patients with CT scanning images were selected. Thyroid gland,thyroid lumor,and surrounding tissues and organaTsuch as thyroid vessels, slernomastoid muscle, infrahyoid muscle,trachea,e-sophagus, common carotid artery and its branches, internal jugular vein and so on, were reconstructed with the software of Mimics 10.01. Results:Three-dimensional images were clear and realistic with strong three-dimensional sense. The anatomic relationship of thyroid,thyroid tumor,and surrounding (issues and organs could be observed optionally. Meanwhile,the volumes of the thyroids were calculated objectively and accurately. Conclusions :Thyroid three-dimensional reconstruction could be used to plan surgical approaches and guide the surgical procedures visually. It would be helpful to remove thyroid tumor completely and reduce complications. It has higher value of clinical application.关键词
