腹腔镜与开腹脾切除术对肺功能影响的对比研究
Comparative study of influence of laparoscopic and open splenectomy on pulmonary function

Abstract
Objective:To compare the influence on the pulmonary function between laparoscopic and open spleneetomy. Methods: Thirty-eight cases intended to spleneetomy were randomly divided into two groups(the laparoscopic group and the open group) , with 19 cases in each. Forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second ( FEV1) of each patient were examined 1 d preoperatively and 24 h postoperatively. Results: There was no significant difference in FVC and FEV1 between the two groups the day before operation (P>0.05). However,the FVC and FEVI of laparoscopic group were better than those of open group 24 h after operation (P<0.05). Conclusions .The influence on the pulmonary function of laparoscopic spleneetomy is less than that of open spleneclo-my. Laparoscopic spleneetomy has advantages of minimal invasiveness and little influence on respiratory system.
