腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的防治体会
The experiences of prevention and treatment of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective: To study the treatment and prevention methods of the complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC). Methods:The clinical data of 986 patients who underwent LC from Nov. 2008 to Sep. 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 818 cases of cholecystolithiasis ,111 cases of gallbladder polyp, and 57 cases of cholecyst calculi and polyp. Results: LC was completed successfully in 985 cases,while 5 cases were converted to laparotomy. Intraoperative bleeding occurred in 6 cases and all were stopped by laparoscopy. Bile leakage occurred in 4 cases and bile duel residual calculi in 2 cases postoperatively. Intraoperative cholan-giography was performed in 3 cases and abdominal drainage in 19 cases. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 6.5d (4-18 d). No incision infection occurred. Conclusions: Operative indications are related to surgical skills. To grasp the operative indication and surgery time strictly,and to think highly of the postoperative abdominal exploration could decrease the complications of LC.
