The technique of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy
目的:总结后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的手术经验,分析其操作技巧.方法:回顾分析为86例复杂输尿管上段结石患者行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床资料.结果:86例手术均获成功,镜下操作时间平均(40.34±9.35) min,术中出血量平均( 15.17±9.05) ml,术后导尿管拔除时间平均(3.73±0.81)d,平均住院(5.73±0.98)d.术中腹膜破损1例,术后尿漏2例,均持续1d；无严重并发症发生.结论:后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术安全有效…查看全部>>
Objective:To summarize the experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroiithotomy, and to analyze the technique.
