单孔免气腹腹腔镜妇科手术71例报告
Gasless single-port laparoscopic operation for gynecologic diseases: a report of 71 cases

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the safely, feasibility and clinical effect of gasless single-port lapan>scopic operation for gynecologic diseases. MethodS:Clinical data of 71 patients with gynecologic diseases who underwent gasless single-port laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed. Patients with ectopic pregnancy underwent salpingectomy, salpingotomy or embryo removal from uterine tube. Patients with ovarian cyst underwent oophorocystectomy,oophoroplasty or adnexectomy. Results: All operations were finished successfully without complications such as organ injury or subcutaneous hemorrhage in abdominal wall. The mean operating time was (62.46 ±20.04) min.mean intraoperative blood loss was (18. 71 ± 14. 94) ml,and mean postoperative hospital stay was (4. 83 ± 1.28) d. Conclusions: Gasless single-port laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cysts is safe, feasible and can be suggested as the regular operation. This procedure is fast,effective and has advantages of little blood loss,fast recovery and few complications.关键词
