摘要

Abstract

A method was developed for the collection and determination of pyridine, quinoline and styrene in mainstream tobacco smoke. The mainstream smoke was direct trapped with 50% methanol solution from smoking machine, then extracted and concentrated by 1-buty1-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6). and analyzed with GC/MS. The established method was stable and precise and the results were accurate and credible. Good linear relations were observed with a correlation coefficient over 0. 9995. The detection limits were 24. 9, 9. 34 and 4. 05 ng/cig for pyridine, styrene and quinoline respectively, the relative standard deviations were less than 6. 0 %, and the recoveries were found in the range from 90. 6% to 107. 4% .
