高校青年教师教学能力培养体系探索
Teaching ability training system for young teachers in colleges and universities
摘要
Abstract
According to characteristics of young college teachers, we introduced the concrete contents of training system construction of teaching ability for young teachers from seven respects, which were the connotation of teachers＇ moral, responsibility and teaching attitude, teaching skills, teaching and scientific research, training platform, system construction, and environment atmosphere. We also put forward some methods to effectively improve the teaching ability of young college teachers.关键词
