摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of ventricular intrinsic preference ( VIP ) on reducing ventricular pacing. Methods The pacemaker St Jude 5826 were implanted in 30 patients with sick sinus syndrome, and the VIP were off for 2 months following with being on for another 2 months. The ventricular pacing was recorded. Results There was significant reduction in ventricular pacing rate when VIP was on when comparing with that when VIP off ( 12. 15 ± 11. 22% vs 78. 87 ± 18. 73% , P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The VIP could significantly reduce right ventricular pacing e-vents.关键词
