继发性不孕患者行部分卵子单精子卵泡浆内显微注射139周期分析
A retrospective analysis of 139 half-ICSI cycles in secondary infertile females.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the indications of half intracytoplasmic sperm injection ( half-ICSI ) for secondary infertile patients. Methods A retrospective study of 139 cycles from 2005 to May 2011 was performed. These cycles were divided into two groups according to the IVF fertilization rate. The age, ICSI fertilization rate, pregnancy rate, and etc. were compared. Results In Group A ( IVF fertilization rate ≤50% ), the age and male factor ratio were significantly higher than those in Group B ( IVF fertilization rate > 50% ), with significantly lower ICSI fertilization rate and retrieved eggs ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Half- ICSI provides significant rescued effects on fertilization rate for the secondary infertile cases with old female age, borderline semen quality and especially primary infertility.关键词
