起重机车轮组的快速参数化设计研究
Study on Rapid Parameterized Design for Crane Wheel Sets
摘要
Abstract
Based on the custom-made parameters by the clients, the design of crane wheel sets must be personalized so as to accord with the order form, but the existing man-made method leads to longer design cycle and higher inaccuracy of products. According to the knowledge engineering and design parameterization theory, by applying the secondary development of Solid Works software, we establish 3D rapid parameterized design model. Access database is adopted to store system design information, customized parameters and other basic data. The design system is driven by Visual Basic programming language, which will boost the design efficiency, standardize further the design criteria, and meet the design requirements of crane wheel sets.关键词
