热敏灸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究
Thermal moxibustion combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract
Objecifive To explore the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with omeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux disease ( GERD ).Methods 200 patients with GERD who visited our clinic from February 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group received combination therapy with thermal moxibustiou and omeprazole while the control group received omeprazole alone.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effectiveness rate ( 92.00％ vs.73.00％,P＜ 0.05 ).No adverse reactions were found in the study group; whereas sicchasia occurred in 5 patients ( 5.00％ ) diarrhea in 3 ( 3.00％ ),and dizziness in 8 ( 8.00％ ) in the control gorup.Conclusions Combination therapy with thermal moxibustion and omeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux disease is effective and has fewer adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing clinically.关键词
