Abstract
Objective To study the status of preventive medication for 3 types of category Ⅰ incision before and after special management of antibacterial agents and to assess the effect of the management.Methods A survey on the status of preventive medication for 3 types of category Ⅰ incision during the periods of January 2011 to July 2011 and July 2011 to December 2011 was conducted.Results The rate of preventive medication was 94.6％ before speical management of antibacterial agents was enacted and declined to 43.5％ after management; the rates of reasonable choice of medicines 74.1％ and 98.0％, respectively; the rates of reasonable timing for medication were 13.4％ and 98.1％,respectively,the rates of reasonable courses of therapy were 6.9％ and 68.9％,respectively.No combination therapy was found.Conclusions After enactment of special management of antibacterial drugs,the level of preventive medication for 3 types of category I incision is improved greatly.However,some problems for medication still exist,which need to be solved.关键词
