急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的综合护理干预分析
Comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract

Abstract
Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods 54 patients who had undergone emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract during the period of January 2010 to January 2012 received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical data on all thepatients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed from the upper gastrointestinal tract in all the patients,with a success rate of 100％.No complications including asphyxia and gastrointestinal perforation or hemorrhage occurred during the treatment.Conclusions Emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract has a good clinical efficacy.We should pay attention to motional adjustment in patients and should encourage patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.关键词
