Finite Element Analysis and Design of Wedge-Type Anchor for Prestressed CFRP Plates Based on ANSYS
摘要
Abstract
A wedge-type anchor for prestressed CFRP plates strengthening reinforced concrete structure is presented in this paper. The anchor consists of an anchor slab and two wedges, forms a whole structure with squeezing anchor slab, wedge and CFRP plate mutually. The working principle and mechanism model of the anchor are presented based on ANSYS. The key dimensions of the anchor better suits carrying requests of tensioning CFRP plate are designed. The length is 100 mm, cone angle is 2. 0°, pre-tightening force is 100 kN, Two groups static loading tensile tests of the CFRP plate anchor show the anchor with a high anchorage behavior.关键词
