Construction Scheme and Procedure Optimization of Large-Section Tunnel in Shallow and Unsymmetrical Pressure

Abstract
Dongziyan Tunnel of Baotou-Xi'an railway is a complicated tunnel which contains large sections, soft rock, shallow and eccentric compression sections. The construction mechanical behavior of this tunnel is analyzed by simulating tri-bench excavation method, CRD method and double-side-drift method with FLAC 5. 0 finite different calculation software. The double-side-drift method is determined as the tunnel construction program. The displacement of surrounding rocks, internal forces of supporting, surface settlement and plastic zones caused by different construction scheme are analyzed by double-side-drift method. The optimized construction procedure is excavating the shallow firstly and then the deep one. It can effectively control the peripheral displacement of tunnel cave. The numerical simulation is consistent with on-site monitoring results.关键词
