摘要
Abstract
The LiNbO3 wave-guide intensity modulator is applied extensively,but it's bias voltage will drift a little slowly because of temperature and pyroelectric effect and it's output power and small signal responce curve will be influenced.A design of automatism bias control circuit based on P89C669 for applications of pulse modulating using LiNbO3 intensity modulator.Test result shows that the circuit can track and regulate the drift of bias voltage effectively and insure to the stability of the output power of the modulator.关键词
