檀香叶的HPLC指纹图谱研究
Study on the fingerprint of the leaves of Santalum album with HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Guangdong Zhanjiang Testing Base for South Medical Materials .Zhanjiang 524338, China Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of leaf of Santalum album. Methods The separation was achieved on a C18 column(5 μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm,Agilent) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5% acetic acid,with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 338 nm,and column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results Ten batches of the leaves of Santalum album were determined,and 13 common peaks were identified with a good separation. The similarity between various samples and the automatically generated reference fingerprints reached above 0.94. Conclusion The method is simple and effective for control the quality of leaves of Santalum album.关键词
