促透剂薄荷醇对大鼠皮肤角质层超微结构的影响
The effect of menthol on the rat stratum corneum ultrastructure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the percutaneous penetration mechanisms of menthol. Methods Light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the structure alterations of rat skin stratum corneum. Results Menthol had an impact on the skin microstructure, which made the wrinkle of epidermis increased, the arrangement of stratum comeum disordered, the cranny between epidermises widen, the gap between layers enlarged, and the stratum comeum rarefied and shedded from epidermis. Conclusion Menthol can change the order dense structure,and make the epidermis rarefied and the permeability of skin increased.关键词
