摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of ultnunicro-powder of Dahuang Zhechong recipe( DHZC) on hemorheology of rats with hepatic fibrosis and renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods DHZC were processed by ultramicro pulverization technology. The hepatic fibrosis model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum. The renal interstitial fibrosis model was induced by unilateral ureter obstruction. SD rats were randomly divided into six groups,including the normal group, the sham operation group,two model groups and two DHZC-treated groups. The levels of serum HA, LN, PC III, IV-C and indexes of hemorheology were measured. Liver and kidney histopathology were examined. Results The contents of HA,LN,PC III, IV-C and indexes of hemorheology increased significantly in two model groups, while markedly decreased when treated with ultramicro-powder of DHZC. The histopathological analysis suggested that DHZC obviously alleviated the degree of hepatic fibrosis, renal interstitial fibrosis and tubular damage. Conclusion Ultramicro-powder of DHZC can effectively prevent hepatic fibrous and renal interstitial fibrosis in rats. The improvement of hemorheology and microcirculation is one of the benefits of DHZC to exert its anti-fibrosis effect.
