妊娠期妇女血清微量元素的变化及临床意义
The changes and clinical significance of serum trace elements in gestational women

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of serum trace elements levels such as copper ( Cu ), iron ( Fe, ) zinc ( Zn ), calcium ( Ca ), magnesium ( Mg ), manganese ( Mn ) at different gestational period so as to provide guidance for pregnant women on reasonable trace element supplementation. Methods According to gestational age, 670 pregnant women were divided into three experimental groups: early pregnancy group ( =12+6 weeks ),middle pregnancy group ( 13 ~ 27 +6 weeks ) and late pregnancy ( =28 weeks ) group. Another 110 non-pregnant women were recruited in control group. Trace elements of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg and Mn in serum of these women were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The serum levels of Mg and Mn showed no significant differences between the pregnant women at different gestational period and the non-pregnant women ( t value was 1. 026-1. 074 and 0. 391-0. 711, respectively, all P >0. 05 ). The serum level of Cu in pregnant groups was significantly higher than that in control group ( t = 11. 949-23. 749, all P < 0. 05 ), and it showed an increasing trend with the increasing of gestational week. The levels of Zn, Ca and Fe were significantly lower than those in control groups ( t value was 5. 071-10. 175, 11. 083-14. 740 and 10. 244-12. 830, respectively, allP<0.05), and they showed a decreasing trend with pregnancy. Conclusion Significant changes of the serum trace element levels indicate that it is necessary for pregnant women to take routine examination of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu. Meanwhile, according to different gestational week, Zn, Ca and Fe should be supplemented appropriately so as to improve the health level of pregnant women and neonates.关键词
