江阴地区5100例妊娠期糖尿病筛查结果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM ) in Jiangyin area and evaluate the clinical significance of GDM screening. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011 there were 5100 pregnant women receiving prenatal check-up in department of obstetrics in Jiangyin People' s Hospital. Their 50g glucose screening test results were retrospectively analyzed, for positive results oral 75g glucose tolerance test ( OGTT ) was conducted. By using uniformed questionnaire every tested pregnant women was investigated, and they were divided into high-risk group and non high-risk group according to results. High-risk group was further divided into three groups according to screening time: group A ( gestational weeks < 24w ), group B ( gestational weeks of 24-28w ) and group C ( gestational weeks ≥28w ), and the results were analyzed. Meanwhile, the factor of psychological anxiety was included in study scope to research the effect of it on GDM. Results The incidence of GDM in Jiangyin area was 3. 57% , and the incidence of high-risk group was obviously higher than that of non high-risk group (x2=50. 82,P <0. 05 ). The incidence of abnormal results in group with anxiety factors was higher than that in group without anxiety factors (x2 value was 27. 91 , 8. 40 and 5. 39, respectively, all P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The incidence rate of GDM in Jiangyin area is relatively high, and the women with high risk factors should perform GDM screening at the first visit so as to guide clinical work and reduce complication. Psychological anxiety factor is also an important influencing factor to GDM.关键词
