摘要
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) is an autoimmune disease that occurs predominantly among women at childbearing age. Pregnancy may lead to relapse or deterioration of SLE, meanwhile SLE also leads to various complications and adverse effects on fetus. SLE patients can have successful pregnancies and deliver healthy babies as the results of appropriate conditions to pregnancy, close monitoring and proper treatment. This article made a review of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with SLE.关键词
