摘要
Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is defined as glucose intolerance with onset or first recognition of pregnancy. Epidemiological studies have confirmed that GDM is associated with increased common complications in pregnancy, and it has been affecting more and more women with an increasing trend observed in the world, which leads to maternal and neonatal complications of great harm. However, the pathogenesis of GDM are still unknown. Current studies have found relevant factors, including genes, inflammatory cytokines, and fat factors, may be responsible for GDM. In this review, research progress on the relation between these factors and GDM is introduced.关键词
