Neurotensin and its receptor 1 in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Neurotensin is a polypeptide, distributed mainly in the brain and the gastrointestinal tract. It has a wide range of central and peripheral effects. Recent studies indicate that the signal of neurotensin and neurotensin receptor 1 is closely associated with proliferation, anti-apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis of breast cancer. The fact that high expression of neurotensin receptor 1 in breast cancer may provide a great potential to exploit new tumor imaging agents based on neurotensin analogues or neurotensin receptor-targeted therapeutic drugs, which may contribute to the early diagnosis and therapy in breast cancer.关键词
