摘要
Abstract
The diagnostic value of glycated hemoglobin Alc has received increasing attention in recent years. Compared with fasting blood glucose, oral glucose tolerance test, or postprandial (2-hour) blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin Alc has less variability and higher accuracy. Glycated hemoglobin Alc plays an important role in diagnosing and screening diabetes, in monitoring cumulative blood glucose levels, in predicting chronic complications, in identifying hyperglycemia in stress, and in diagnosing gestational diabetes mellirus.关键词
