硫酸锌胁迫对药用植物黄独带芽茎段生长发育的影响
Effects of ZnSO4 on growth and development of Dioscorea bulbifera L.

Abstract
[Objective]Effects of ZnSO4 stress on growth and development of Dioscorea bulbifera L. budded stem were studied to enhance its production under field conditions. I Method ]The budded steins of Dioscorea bulhiiera L. were cut, inoculated and cultured in liquid medium (MS+KT 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L) with graded concentration of ZnSO4 (0, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg/L). Six parameters, viz., bud number, bud length, root number, root length, leaf number and pollution were observed and recorded every 7 days. [Result]At higher ZnSO4 concentration, the bud number, bud length, root number, root length, and leaf number of Dioscorea bulbifera L. decreased. At 1.0-2.0 mg/L ZnSO4 concentration, the growth and development of Dioscorea bulbifera were inhibited completely, and the budded stem grew badly. [Conclusion] ZnSO4 stress had an inhibitory effect on growth and development of D/oscorea bulbifera L. Addition of ZnSO4 was recommended during early cultural stages of Dioscorea bulbifera L. seedling in order to promote the rooting, however, its concentration must be reduced afterwards.关键词
