摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Superior strains of Pleurotus geesreranus-style Pleuotus ostreatu were selected for cultivation in Nanning area to provide raw materials and technical support for edible fungi production. [Method]Seven cultivars of Pleurotus geesteranus—style Pleuotus ostreatu including the main planting variety Heicewu were used to compare their mycelia growth status, time of primordiurn formation, sporocarp morphological characteristics, transition duration, and biological efficiency. [Result]In spite of some differences, hyphae could germinate in every variety. Mycelia in Gene 2005 grew fastest (9.14 mm/d), followed by Xiafeng 1 (9.07 mm/d). Off-white Baicewu had short stripe and easily-broken cap, however all the other varieties were dense, shiny and gray or taupe with white stripes. Time of primordium formation in different varieties was 27-30 d. Buds of Pleuotus ostreatus P54 and Baicewu germinated 27 days after the inoculation. Baicewu had the highest biological efficiency (86.10%), followed by Pleuotus ostreatus P54, Xiafeng 1, and Gene 2005 (over 80.00%). [Conclusion]Pleuotus ostreatus P54, Xiafeng 1 and Gene 2005 were found suitable to be planted in Nanning because of their fast mycelial growth, strong growth vigor, good shape, fine commodity, high biological efficiency and super comprehensive characteristics.
