摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Optimal technology for extracting berberine hydrochloride from Berberis tsienii Ying was studied to accelerate researches and development on berberine hydrochloride in medical industry. [Method]Berberine hydrochloride was extracted using ethanol solvent by ultrasonic extraction method. Single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal design were used to observe effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and solvents on berberine hydrochloride extraction. [Result]When 150 times ethanol (45%) was used as solvent to extract berberine hydrochloride at 60℃ for 40 min, extraction efficiency was recorded as highest and the cost was the lowest. [Conclusion]Under the best technology conditions, the average content of berberine hydrochloride attained 11.9633 mg/g concentration indicating that it's viable to use ethanol and ultrasonic method for berberine hydrochloride extraction.
