摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The experiment was conducted to enhance the bioavailability of lycopene by improving entrapment rate and reducing particle size. [ Method ] Lycopene liposome was prepared by membrane-homogeneous method. Entrapment rate was used as major index in single factor experiment and orthogonal test, where cholesterol/lecithin ratio, lycopene/lecithin ratio, rotating evaporation temperature and phosphate buffer solution were determined to obtain the optimal processing procedure. Furthermore, lipsome morphology and particle characteristics were recorded. [Result]The best processing parameters were observed as: cholesterol/lecithin ratio of 1:3, lycopene/lecithin ratio of 1:20, rotating e-vaporation temperature of 30 ℃ and phosphate buffer solution pH 7.0. Under the best technological conditions, entrapment rate of lycopene was 71.65% and the average particle size was 840 nm. [Conclusion]It was suggested that preparing lycopene lipsome using membrane-homogeneous method is simple and apt to controll. This method should be promoted in production due to its high entrapment rate, small particle and great stability.
