"四川省医院科技能力评价指标体系"的实证研究
Empirical Research:Index System for Evaluation of Hospital Technology Capabilities in Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of Index System for Evaluation of Hospital Technology Capabilities in Sichuan Province( Abbr. the Index System ). Methods The questionnaire was designed according to the Index System. Fifty four hospitals were drawn off for the survey by means of stratified random sampling from 361 hospitals in Sichuan province, and the data of influential factors about hospital technology capabilities were analyzed. Results The scores of 54 hospitals ranged from 75.39 to 60.00, with an average of 63.79. Significant difference was found in the scores of hospital technology capabilities among hospitals in different grades as well as in different areas ( P < 0.05 ), while no significant difference among hospitals of different organization types as well as of different ownership forms( P > 0. 05 ). Technology capabilities got a high score in third-grade hospitals or hospitals of Class A, Class B ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The results of empirical research provide references for evaluating technology capabilities of second- and third-grade hospitals and resource distribution in Sichuan province.关键词
