Abstract
Aiming at the problems of more consumption, less gain, causing pollution and ignoring environment protection in equipment maintenance, we study the quality improvement of equipment maintenance assistant process using Six Sigma Management (SSM). The SSM is introduced, and the concept of equipment maintenance assistant process is defined. The quality requirement of the process is transformed into the measurable process quality parameters by applying quality function deployment. The measuring system is analyzed from repeatability and reproducibility and the precision of the measure system is validated.关键词
