摘要
Abstract
Whether there is biological antibacterial material in the fermentation liquor of propionibacterium shermanii is studied, so are the nature^the antimicrobial effect and the antibacterial range. The results are as follows: The fermentation liquor has distinct inhibitory effect and wide antibacterial range comparing with chemical preservatives. The inhibitory effect is mainly for Gram-negative, Gram-positive bacteria and mildew. The effective antibiotic composition has protein ammonium proptonate and ammonium acetate, at the isoelectric point of 2.0.关键词
