The Study of R&D Innovation Efficiency of High-Tech Industries Based on the Method of DEA

Abstract
This paper adopts the non-parametric method of DEA-Malmquist index to analyze the Chinese high technology indus- tries'R&D innovation efficiency, through the calculation of their technical efficiency change, pure technical efficiency and scale effi- ciency, technical development index and total factor index. In addition, the high-tech industry of Pharmaceutical manufacturing, aero- space and electronic communications, office equipment and medical equipment as the research objects. This paper got a conclusion: the technical efficiency of the Chinese high-tech industries is 0. 983, which means the 1.7% waste of the input resources. And the Chinese high-tech industry is greatly changed by the influence of the technological progress. So we should increase the finance input and the independent R&D, accelerate the technical transformation, and allocate the resources reasonably.关键词
