摘要
Abstract
The appraisal about the medical practitioners in the Chinese villages is the important content of the research about Co- operative Medical System during the Period of Collectivization. We can appraise the medical staff from these selections, training, and professional quality and exiting from three grade health care network. In this system , the selection of medical staff emphasize on quali- ty and origin of political, political learning is far more important than professional learning , knowledge and professional standards of the medical staff is relatively poor from nationwide . But later by continuous refresher and rotational training, most of the medical staffr s professional standard has been greatly improved in rural areas.关键词
