择期剖宫产术围术期抗生素应用方案
The Applications of Antibiotics for Perioperation of the Elective Cesarean Delivery

Abstract
Objective: To explore the rational application of antibiotics for perioperation of the elective cesarean delivery. Method: 178 parturient women of the elective cesarean delivery were randomly divided into 3 groups ( A , B , C ), and ampicillin was used by intravenous injection in perioperation . Group A ( n = 50 ) received the single dose infusion of antibiotics after umbilical cord was severed during operation. Group B ( n = 70 ), The antibiotics were injected twice: the first time was immediately used postoperatively and the other in 6 hours of postoperation. Group C ( n = 58 ), The antibiotics were injected twice a day for two days postoperatively and the first was used in half hour of postoperation. And then compared the result of medicine index including fever,white blood cell ,CRP, puerperium disease, incision healing and economic index including costs and days of hospitalization among 3 groups. Result: The medincine index and average days of hospitali-zation had no statistics difference in 3 groups( P> 0. 05 ), but the costs had significant differences(P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The single dose of ampicillin after umbilical cord was severed during operation have the same effection and others scheme in prevention of infection , but it can reduce the costs of hospitalization.关键词
