手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of humeral surgical neck fracture on the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation. Method: 25 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus treated in our hospital from Mar. 2009 to May 2010. They were treated with manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation. Observing the treatment effect. Result: Among the 25 patients who were all healed, 18 cases recovered( bones healed, anatomic reduction and activity of shoulder joint were normal ), 5 cases improved( bones healed, reset function and the shoulder joint was still good ) and 2 cases were worset bony deformity healed, but fracture and activity of shoulder joint were bad ).combined with effective small splint fixation and early functional exercise can make bones healed and make shoulder joint function recovered effectively, It's effective and worthy to be promoted.
