老年脑卒中患者早期康复护理干预的效果观察

Abstract
Objective: To study clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention for the elderly post-stroke patients. Method: 96 elderly stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups ( research group and control group ), each with 48 patients. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. On the basis of the treatment, the research group took early rehabilitation nursing intervention. After 4 weeks, tested overall treatment and the change of Barthel index, Fugel-Meyer, HAMD and made statistical analysis. Result: After treatment, Barthel index, Fugel-Meyer of the research group improved significantly more than the control group, P<0. 05. HAMD score of the research group was significantly lower than the control group , with P < 0. 05. Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for the elderly post -stroke patients has sure curative effect. It can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life.
