Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Method: 106 cases with CIN treated by LEEP were retrospectively analyzed. Peri operative bleeding , operation time, cure rate, recurrence rate, changes of pathological examination results of cervical biopsy and cervical LEEP, contrast between preoperative and postoperative high-risk HPV examination. Result: LEEP in treatment of patients with CIN has advamtage of less bleeding was, operation time was short, the cure rate was 94. 3% ,and the recurrence rate was 6. 6%. The concordance rate of pathological results of cervical biopsy and LEEP was 80. 2% (85/106) , the rate of pathological level after LEEP rose up 10. 3% (11/106) , and the rate fell off 9.4% (10/106). Contrast between preoperative high-risk HPV examination and postoperative one: postoperative high-risk HPV infection rate had declined. Conclusion: LEEP is a safe and reliable method for diagnosing and treating the patients with CIN, at the same time it can eliminate well cervical high-risk HPV .关键词
