宫腔镜诊治功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method: From December 2009 to December 2010,62 cases of patients with dys-functional uterine bleeding received TCRE under hysteroscopy. The endometrial lesions, menstrual status, incidences of anemia, hormone level changes and operative complication of patients were observed. Result: After 6 months, amenorrhea was 32 cases (51. 6% ) , menstrual blood decreased in 25 cases (40. 3% ) , and the total effective rate was 91. 9% ; hemoglobin levels were significantly increased (P<0. 01 ) , the incidence of anemia was significantly reduced (P<0. 01); serum hormone (LH), estradiol ( E2 ) and progesterone (P) levels were no significant difference (P>0.05) ; no complications occurred. Conclusion: Hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is efficacy, with less adverse reactions. It is worth to be generalization and application.关键词
