Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of rupatadine fumarate. Method: 120 cases of allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups, one group for the experimental group, rupatadine fumarate will be treated, and the control group take the treatment of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets. Compare the efficacy and safety of two other indicators. Result: After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group level (He value = 4. 7069, P value = 0. 0300) , the incidence of experimental group ' s adverse reactions ( 1. 67% ) was lower than the control group ( 13. 33% ) , the data statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rupatadine fumarate in treatment of allergic rhinitis is better than cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, and adverse reactions is less. Recommended for clinical use.关键词
