An Analysis on the Form Factors of the Impact Factor in Sci-tech Periodicals
摘要
Abstract
From the formula of the impact factor, the article studies formation mechanism of the impact factor, subjectively and objectively analyzes the factors which have exerted influence on the impact factor,and puts for ward the reasons and the negative effects produced from the deviations of the impact factor. Meanwhile, it also elaborates how to utilize the impact factor to fairly and effectively evaluate sci-tech periodicals, sci-tech papers and scientific research personnel.关键词
