柠檬酸对小鼠脑组织bcl-2表达的影响
Effect of citric acid on bcl-2 expression in the brain of mice

Abstract
To investigate the toxicity and side-effect of citric acid (CA) on the organic bady, 40 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups, the control group and low, middle, high CA groups, treated with intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline and CA (180, 270, 360 mg · kg-1) respectively. Once a week with 0. 2 mL injected, for three weeks, one week after the last treatment, all mice were killed by cervical dislocation, their brain was taken divided into two portions, and kept in liquid nitrogen and -20 ℃ refrigerator, respectively. The expression level of bcl-2 gene and the concentration of bcl-2 protein with were determined with RT-PCR and ELISA in the brain of the mice respectively. The results showed that there was no statistical difference (P > 0.05 ) between the CA treatment group and control group. The expression of bcl-2 protein increased along with CA concentration, up to peak at the moderate dose, and there was a significant difference between the moderate dose and the control group (P <0. 05) , with an increase of 23%. The high dose group significantly decreased compared with the moderate dose group (P <0.05) , and there was no statistical difference in other groups (P >0. 05), which indicated peritoneal injection of 270 mg ·kg-1 CA could significantly increas the bcl-2 protein expression in the brain of mice, but the concentration of CA in the experiment didn't have significant effect on the gene expression of bcl-2.关键词
