硫酸和低温处理对酸角种子发芽率的影响
Effect of different treatments of germination rate of Tamarind seeds
摘要
Abstract
To explore the germination rate and eco-physiological trait of tamarindus indica Linn seeds, the germination conditions of tamarindus indica Linn seeds with concentrated sulfuric acid treatment and prechilling were researched at different temperatures. The results showed that: the range of the germination temperature wide enough for the seads to germinate at 15 ~30 ℃. The germination rate was relatively high with concentrated sulfuric acid treatment . With 30 min sulfuric acid treatment, the germination rate was 100 % at 25 ℃ ; With 15 min sulfuric acid treatment at 25 ℃, 30 min or 45 min at 20 ℃ , 45 min at 15 ℃ , the germination rate was also higher, above 90% . Low temperature treatment also played a certain role in promoting germination rate and the germination rate could reach 75 % , but the effect was not as strong as that of the sulfuric acid treatment.关键词
