摘要
Abstract
According to selling price and cost data from 2003 to 2010 from live pig market in China, this paper uses principal-agent theory, transaction cost theory and the input-output method to study the transaction cost of vertical coordination mode in scale pig processing enterprises. The results show that an integrated model which is oriented in vertical integration, combining close compact and strategic alliances should be adopted by scale pig processing enterprises in the current market environment.关键词
