药用真菌杨树菇肽脯氨酰顺反异构酶基因及抗肿瘤活性初步鉴定

Abstract
Objective: To identify the gene activity of anti - tumor - associated protein from cloning Agrocybe Aegerita. Methods; build the cDNA library and randomly sequence to get the gene of peptidyl - prolyl cis - trans isomerase (Peptidyl - prolyl cis/trans isomerase, PPIase). Then analyze its bioinformatics. Preliminarily identify its antitumor activity by detecting the expression of apoptosis and senile change in HeLa cells. Results: We get the sequence of PPIase cDNA in Agrocybe Aegerita and the amino acid sequence in fungi is very conservative. The expression of PPIase gene in eukaryotic cells does not cause the apoptosis and aging of tumor cell. Conclusion; PPIase cDNA in Agrocybe Aegerita has the conservative sequence mode of PPIase and it is one of the PPIase family members.关键词
