摘要

Abstract

Objective; To compare the expression difference of VIP,CCK and SP in lung jejunum, ileum and colon in limited - food, lim-ited-water and physiological states. Then discuss the relationship between lung and large intestine. Methods;30 female health SD rats were divided into limited - food group, limited - water group and physiological groups. The limited - food group was given half of the food. The limited - water group was given half of the water. The physiological group was euphagia. Analyze the VIP,CCK and SP content of lung, colon .jejunum and ileum with radio immunoassay. Results; The CCK expression of lung, jejunum, ileum and colon has no signif-icant differences. VIP and the SP expression compared with jejunal has significant differences but no significant differences compared with colon and ileum in limited -food group The VIP,CCK and SP expression in lung and jejunal has significant differences but no sig-nificant differences compared with oolon and ileumin in limited - water group. VIP,CCK and SP content of lung,jejunum has significant differences, but no significant differences compared with colon and ileum. Conclusion; The lung, ileum and colon have the most closely relationship under the three states. VIP,CCK and SP these three braingut petide are the material base between the lung and bowels. VIP and SP are more possible.
