中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床研究
Curative Effect Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma. Meth-ods: 154 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given conventional oxygen,antibiotics, corticosteroids ( methylprednisolone needle ) and oral compound methoxyphenamine, the treatment group based on the control group were added Dingchuan decoction. Results ;The effective rate of treatment group was 93.75% ,the effective rate of control group was 79. 73% .comparison of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion;The combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma has obvious effect.关键词
