开环式痔微创吻合术治疗脱垂性痔病术后排便通畅程度的临床研究
Clinical Research of Bowels Open Degree of Tissue -selecting Therapy Stapler in the Treatment of Prolapsed Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To observe the difference of bowels open degree among Tissue - selecting Therapy stapler(TST) ,procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids ( PPH) and Milligan Morgan in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods: 45 patients with Prolapsed hemor-rhoids during IK and IV periods were randomly divided into the experimental group ( TST group) , the control group A ( PPH group) and control group B (Milligan Morgan group). Compare the difference of bowels open degree after operation. Results: TST has little in-fluence on the patients owning to the advantage between controllability of early defecation and smooth degree of late defecation compared with PPH and Milligan Morgan. Conclusion: TST is a more ideal surgical treatment method for hemorrhoids with non annular prolapsed as the main symptoms,especially for Iff and ]V degrees.关键词
