Study on Quality Standards for Seeds of Bupleurum Chinense DC
目的:探讨柴胡种子含水量、发芽率及发芽的条件,制定质量标准.方法:测定柴胡种子的含水量、不同的储存条件、不同温度的发芽率.结果:柴胡种子的最适温度为15～20℃,种子储藏以具有透气良好的布袋或纸袋为好.结论:该结果为柴胡的种子储藏和种植提供了依据.
Objective;To study the seeds germination rate and factors and moisture capacity of Bupleurum Chinense DC. Methods;To de-termine the moisture capacity and germination rate under different storage and temperature. Results;The temperature optimum for seeds germination of Bupleurum Chinense DC is 15 -20℃.
